Every week is passing by quite fast.I guess working life is like that.You spend the whole day in the office and home is just a place to sleep before the cycle continues till friday.Every single day,I would be pinning for 5.45pm just so that I could knock off.But the more I look at the time,the slower it tend to pass.Sadly,most of the time I would have not much things to do.Sometimes I wonder why they need a temp staff in the first place when I feel kinda redundant at times.Some might say I'm efficient,but I really think that the work they give me don't even require that much time to complete.And I hate it when I have to keep pestering them for work to do.It's like so irritating.Oh well,gotta survive for another month.
This whole week I feel so unmotivated to exercise.Both my exercise buddies were unavailable for me.That's the bad thing about self exercising.There's nothing that will force me to exercise.Unlike getting a gym pass or signing up for a yoga class or what not.When school starts,I hope I can find a gym buddy again to sign up for their off peak membership!
This week I only met my bf and no one else.I was supposed to only meet him on friday but paid a surprise visit to his house on thursday cos he was sick.His mum was so surprised to see me at the door.I still remember that expression on her face.It was really priceless.And yes,that boy was shocked to see me too.When he told me he was on mc that morning,I kept getting worried for him.My whole head kept flooding with questions like 'how is he already','what should I get for him' etc.Lost focus at work haha.I like giving surprises and I'm actually quite good at keeping mum about it.Love surprising that boy hehe.
So friday he got better so he went to work and we met for dinner.Chilled at J.Co Donuts and tried their yogurt for the first time.It kinda tasted like Berrylite's one.Or maybe all froyos taste about the same lol.Quite sinful with chocolate chips,oreos and kit kat urgh.
Saturday was spent at my house as bf came over.We cooked dinner together or rather he was slacking while I was busy most of the time.Not a very good assistant haha.We decided on baked salmon with lemon and dill after chancing upon this recipe on Shiberty's blog.I totally admire her cos she is such a great cook and she bakes damn well.Such a talent!I wish I could be half as good as her.I will slowly hone my cooking skills for the sake of that boy:)Like the saying goes,the way through a man's heart is through his stomach.I guess this is somehow true.I would be so happy if that boy was to cook up a meal for me.Such a blissful thing!
One more week to bkk trip!!!Counting down!!!

Daruma Ramen and Cold Stone
Wooohooo TGIF!!!I was totally counting down at work today.Can't wait to meet him for dinner.We met at Somerset and headed over to Triple One Somerset to have our dinner at Daruma Ramen House.We decided on this as they are currently having a 1-for-1 promotion for their ramens.Without this promotion,I guess the price would seem a little expensive for my wallet.However,the con is that we have to order the exact same ramen which is kinda sad.Thought we could try the tonkotsu one too but we just ordered the spicy one.The cold weather was just so perfect for a hot and spicy bowl of ramen hehe.Luckily the spiciness was not too overwhelming.
We ordered the second option just for the boiled egg and probably the extra barbequed meat cos the first option doesn't include it.The most important thing I must have when eating ramen is the EGG!It is just so good everytime I eat it.The egg yolk especially.It's like 'ooooooooh awesomezzzzzz'.And everytime I eat the egg,I feel like I'm on cloud nine lol.
It was quite a small restaurant with very limited seats so before we arrived we thought that there might be a queue since there's this promotion going on.But I'm not sure if it's because people might not have heard of it or what.But oh well,it was a good thing cos we were very hungry by then.Oh and I just realised that this restaurant is actually quite well-known in Hong Kong.Top 5 ramen shop in Hong Kong wow!Maybe they are slowly trying to gain popularity in Singapore.
The only decent photo of us for today.Bad quality photo too.It's kinda sad when I wanna upload photos onto my blog but the photos always turn out kinda blurry.Thanks to my lousy phone camera.The back camera is kinda decent with 8mp but the front is only 2mp.How to take clear self shots like that?!So tempted to get a good camera but no bling bling.
After dinner,we hung around 313 and then settled down at Cold Stone at OC for some ice cream lovin'.It has been one year plus since someone asked me for an ice cream date at Cold Stone and it was finally realized today.Never fail to order my all time favourite that gotta contain oreos and vanilla ice cream.So I ordered their signature oreos overload with the waffle bowl for us.I felt that their 'Love It' size was a little too much to handle.Probably the smaller 'Like It' size would have been a better choice.
This was probably one of life's simple pleasures-enjoying a cup of ice cream with my dearest hehe.
And I shall end off with 2 photos of me with the cute vans parked at OC.

A long post
I am finally back after such a long hiatus.Missed updating this space with nice pictures and everything about my life.Shall do that right now.
So yeah,exams are finally overrrrrrrrr!I still remember how happy I felt right after the MA paper,even though it was an awful paper.Why must the last paper always be so tough?!Totally like what happened last year when I ended off with POA.Urghhhhh!I am really hoping I can do well for MSM and ME so that I don't have to worry so much about having to study damn hard next year cos I need 4 Bs out of the 9 classification marks to secure a second upper class.Last year I had 1,this year aiming for 2 and next year at least 1 and I'll be good!And most importantly,I have to pass MA!Really kinda worried for it cos it was really super difficult!Oh well,what's done is done.Shall just wait patiently till august when results will be released.
Last thursday after MA paper,the 4 of us had a celebratory dinner at Astons at Changi Airport.Wanted to have a better meal but I guess our pockets were kinda tight so we just settled for Astons.Guess we were super hungry by then after using so much energy in the ME and MA paper that we were totally worned out by the end of the day.Seriously no joke to have 2 papers on the same day.It was torturous.So yah,we had a satisfying dinner at Astons,a great ending to the crazy day we had.
Friday morning was spent at the dental clinic for my monthly appointment.Met ZW at bugis after lunch with my dad to get Jojo's birthday present.We walked around aimlessly,not knowing what to buy.Going over to Bugis+ was the most intelligent choice we made cos we went crazy at Aeropostale.They were having such a massive sale as the prices were slashed by so much!Shirts priced as high as $79.90 dropped to $19.90.The prices of the shirts for guys and girls were mostly $19.90,but with minimum 2 pieces.We managed to get a pair of slippers and checkered shirt for Jojo and not forgetting our boyfriends,so we got shirts for them too!I think I lost touch in buying shirts for dear boyf cos I actually got one that was sized S.I got home and showed my brother and realized it was just nice for him.I guess I underestimated my boyf oops!So I went back another day and went to get another shirt together with Jojo as the slippers were a little smaller for her.She got a shirt for her brother too.
Saturday was spent cycling with the girls at ECP.It is becoming our annual cycling trip just that last year I rollerbladed instead of cycling.We were really afraid it might rain cos the sky really looked dark.But thank goodness luck was on our side.It didn't rain for the whole morning to afternoon.Super love spending days like this.Happy and carefree days.After approximately 3 hours of cycling,we had our late lunch at Ichiban Boshi as part of celebrating Jojo's super belated birthday.Felt so bad for celebrating her birthday so late cos it was kind of near to our exam date.But glad she didn't mind and liked the present we gave her!Many loves Jojo!!!
I had my job interview yesterday for a finance assistant position.The company is situated at Bedok so it is really super convenient for me.Before the interview I was having butterflies in my stomach.Didn't really know what to expect.Besides,I am always intimidated by interviews.It is so scary to face the interviewers and Im always afraid I wouldnt be able to answer their questions.I was interviewed by the HR lady and a guy whom I will be supervised by.Luckily I kinda prepared for some typical questions like ' Introduce yourself '.But the whole interview was kinda short(Thankfully!!!)and I was told that RE will contact me again.Within the next half an hour or so,I received a call from RE that I have been accepted for the job.YAY MONEY IS GONNA ROLL IN SOON!!!Gonna start work tomorrow^^There goes my freedom:(
Met babyboy for dinner at The Cathay.We've decided to try Maki-san which has quite an interesting concept of creating our own sushi rolls or salad bowls.I love it when I get to choose my food,like what goes in and what doesnt.This shows how picky an eater I am.But sadly,my combination didn't turn out as nice as what I wanted it to be.Babyboy's one was better.So he kinda switched his with mine awwww!After dinner was chilling time at Starbucks with some candy crushing moments haha.
This has been a super long post.I was feeling lazy to divide this into a few posts.This is what happens when I update everything at once.Like a verbal diarrhea lol.

End of prelims
This week is my boyfriend's study break.So we planned to have a stayover at my house.Luckily my parents were fine with it,especially my mum who is always more than happy to have him over.I wonder why too.I guess he must have bribed my mum before.
We met on tuesday right after my last paper.I left the exam hall after 2 hours cos there's really no point in wasting time staring at the paper.I wasn't really prepared for it and I wanted the torture to end earlier.So yup,we had dinner at EwF at bugis.It was my first time eating at this place.I felt that the portion was a little too big.I was quite hungry but still didn't manage to finish it up.I wanted to order the ham and cheese sandwich but the waitress said that I had to wait for half an hour.So I ordered the tandoori chicken sandwich instead.My boy ordered some fish sandwich(I forgot the name of it).You can choose the flavour of fries that you want.I chose the sour cream and onion and it tasted as good as Pringles in sour cream.It was almost the exact same taste!His was curry flavour and it was only so-so haha.
After dinner,we went to walk around bugis junction and bugis plus.We walked into New Look empty handed but came out with a pair of wedges.It was just hard to resist.Thanks baby!
