It's been 2 weeks since I last posted an entry.Gosh I'm getting lazy to update this blog already.Somehow it is becoming a chore.I don't know why.Maybe cos nowadays,life has been quite mundane so I don't really find any interesting stuff that I can blog about.What I've been doing almost everyday is either going to school or staying at home-when I don't have school.That's really all.I don't even go out on non-school days,not even weekends.All I do is to nua at home and just face my beloved netbook.
So we're already into the 5th day of october.Managed to survive through the insane month of september with my workout calendar from Cassey.Almost everyday of workouts have been a torturous one to go through.I'd always end off with buckets of sweat but the aftermath of it has always been awesome.I feel rejuvenated and that I'm closer to my fitness goals.Exercising really does help in boosting my mood thanks to the endorphins.And I've been trying to jog as frequently too,partly to train up for my 10km run which will happen in less than a month's time.I remembered my timing for last year was 1 hr 20 mins.I wanna try beating my record for last year,hopefully by about 10 minutes.Really hope I can achieve this.I realised that my stamina is slowly improving.I used to be able to jog continuously for a maximum of 4km,but nowadays,I could prolong my jog for more than 4km,sometimes getting a better timing.So proud of myself.
Tadaaaa my october workout calendar!!!This is gonna be another tough month.
